How to Upload Gift Card Codes?

There are two methods for uploading your gift card codes, depending on the volume you're managing.

1. Manual Upload

This method is suitable if you're selling a low volume of codes.
You can upload up to 5 codes at a time using this method.

Steps:

1. Go to the “Create Offer” page.

2. Click on “Upload Code” and select “Manual Upload” .

3. Enter the following details for each code:

   • Serial code
   • Expiry date
   • Upload reference (a personal note to help you track the code)

4. If you need to add more codes, click “Add row” .

5. After completing all fields, click “Submit” to upload the codes.

2. Bulk Upload

This method is best for high volume code sellers.

Steps:

1. Go to the “Create Offer” page.
2. Click on “Upload Code” and select “Bulk Upload” .
3. Click on “Download sample CSV” to get the correct file format.
4. Enter your gift card code details following the sample format, then save the file .
5. On the bulk upload page, click “Browse CSV file” and select your saved file.
6. Click “Submit” to upload the codes.
7. After the upload is complete, review the results to confirm everything was uploaded correctly. Make any necessary corrections.

Note on Formatting Codes in CSV:
If your serial numbers appear truncated or display incorrectly when using the sample CSV, change the column format to plain text in your document editor.

When using Microsoft Excel , long numbers may automatically convert to scientific notation.
To prevent this, add a single quote ( ' ) in front of each number.
