Delisting Offers of Inactive Sellers

Last updated: 15 Jul 2026

Introduction

The delisting of offers from inactive sellers is an important feature designed to maintain the quality and relevance of listings across G2G. This process helps ensure that buyers see only active, up-to-date offers , while encouraging sellers to stay engaged with the platform.

How It Works

1. Definition of Inactivity

A seller is considered inactive if they have not logged into their G2G account for a specified period.

2. Service-Specific Delisting

The delisting process is based on the type of service. Each service category has its own inactivity threshold before offers are automatically removed:

Inactivity Duration Services Affected
3 Days Game Coins
7 Days Accounts, Coaching, Boosting, Items, Skins
30 Days Top Up, Gift Cards, Video Games, Software & Apps, Mobile Recharge

3. Advance Notification

Sellers will receive an email reminder 3 days before their listings are scheduled for removal due to inactivity.
For example, if the delisting threshold is 30 days and a seller has been inactive for 27 days, they will receive an email prompting them to log in and maintain their offers.

4. Exemption for OpenAPI Offers

Offers managed through OpenAPI integration are exempt from delisting.
If a seller has both OpenAPI and non-OpenAPI offers under the same service, only the non-OpenAPI offers will be evaluated for inactivity.

5. Impact of Future Rule Changes

If G2G updates the inactivity duration settings in the future:

  • The new rules will immediately apply to users who are logged in at the time of the change.
  • Users who are logged out at the time of the change will remain under the previous rules until they log in again.
  • Once logged in, the new duration settings will apply to their account moving forward.
