How Do I Manage Bulk Listing?

There are two methods available to help you manage your listings in bulk:
1. Checkbox Method
This method is ideal for quick edits and applies only to existing published listings .
Go to the “Manage Listing” page.
Tick the checkboxes next to the listings you want to modify.
You can perform bulk actions such as:
- Relist
- Remove
- Reactivate
- Deactivate
You can also update the following fields in bulk using this method:
- Online hours
- Offline hours
- Delivery option
- Listing currency
- Price per unit
- Stock level
- Minimum sale quantity
2. Download & Upload List Method
This method allows you to make changes to all of your published listings .
- Download your current listings in xls format from the dashboard.
- Make the necessary changes directly in the file.
- Reupload the updated file back to the system.
Note: If you wish to add a new server that is not already listed, you will need to use the “Create Listing” option instead of the bulk update.
