How Does G2G’s Seller Rank, Store Info, and Commission System Work to Your Advantage?

Seller Ranking
Sellers are upgraded, downgraded, or maintained based on the monthly sales targets they meet. If a seller meets the monthly requirement, their rank will be upgraded in the following month.
Sellers will not be downgraded if they miss their target in one month. However, if they fail to meet the target for two consecutive months, their rank will be downgraded.
Additionally, only sellers with a positive rating above 90% are eligible for a rank upgrade.
- It may take up to 1 day for newly completed sold orders to reflect on your profile.
- To become a verified seller, you must upload a valid Photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or national ID card).
- Total sales are calculated at the end of each month (GMT+8) to determine ranking.

- Proven track record of successful and fast deliveries
- Consistent sales history
- Accurate item listings and service quality
- Sellers are actively monitored by G2G for performance and compliance

You can check a seller’s availability status directly on their store page. After placing an order, we recommend contacting the seller to coordinate delivery.

Insurance
Some sellers offer insurance as a form of guarantee. If the game account you purchased is compromised, banned, or lost within the insured period, a refund will be issued by the seller.

Reputation & Statistics
Buyers who complete orders can leave ratings and feedback for sellers. These ratings reflect the seller’s reputation. You’ll also see:
- Total number of orders
- How long the seller has been active on G2G
Commission Fee
There are no registration fees and sellers can list products for free. However, G2G charges a commission fee for each successful transaction. This fee varies depending on the seller's rank and the product type.
