What Is G2G’s Payout Schedule and How Transparent Are the Fees?

Overview
When a sold order reaches Completed status, payment will be issued as Seller Credit (except for Singapore users). Seller Credit can then be withdrawn to your selected payment gateway on G2G.
The disbursement fee and any applicable tax deductions depend on your region’s regulations. All sellers are required to upload delivery proof each time a delivery has been completed.
Definition of Completed Status
An order is considered Completed when:
- The buyer confirms delivery via the order page.
(Sellers are encouraged to notify buyers to confirm once full delivery has been made.) - If the buyer does not confirm receipt, the order will be automatically marked as complete three (3) days after full delivery .
- For Account services , seller credit will only be issued after the insured period , once the order is fully completed.

Important Notes
Bank transfer account holder names must be entered using English alphabet only .
The G2G account name and the payment account name must match exactly .
Any mismatches or use of non-English characters may cause withdrawal failure and result in bank fee losses.Sellers may only withdraw funds when at least USD 11 worth of goods has been sold.
Sellers must be verified in order to request payment withdrawals.
The actual amount received may vary based on payment gateway fees (if applicable).
Your local bank may impose intermediary bank fees or additional charges when receiving payments.
It is advisable to check with your bank before making a withdrawal.For cryptocurrency withdrawals :
- Sellers are responsible for covering the network transaction fee , which varies by coin and network conditions.
- The amount cannot be pre-determined. Please check the current fee using your preferred wallet or exchange.
For PayPal payments :
- Once the payment is sent, G2G cannot cancel or amend it. Sellers must contact PayPal directly for any changes.
Payoneer Service Termination in Russia :
- New registrations from Russia were closed as of December 1, 2022
- Final withdrawal date: December 1, 2022
- Services ceased completely on December 16, 2022
