Should I Click “Confirm Received” Before I Receive the Item?

Last updated: 15 Jul 2026

No. You should not click the “Confirm Received” button if:

  • You have not received your order , or
  • You cannot verify that the item is correct and in working condition

What If the Item is Defective or Not Delivered?

If the seller delivered a defective item or falsely marked your order as delivered:

  1. Try to contact the seller via G2G Web Chat to clarify the situation
  2. If the issue remains unresolved, you may escalate the case for further review.
  3. When escalating a case, be sure to attach any evidence or screenshots to support your case

Important: Clicking “Confirm Received” means you acknowledge the item has been delivered correctly. Do not click unless you're sure.
