I Have Forgotten My Password

If you can't remember your password:

1. Click “Trouble logging in?” on the login page
2. Enter your email address or mobile number linked to your G2G account
3. Check your inbox and junk/spam folder for the password reset link
4. Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password
